Art Resume
Between 1974 and 1986 Klaas was a full time professional visual artist, in pencil, oil, and acrylic; active again since 2003.
In 2007, a drawing was selected as a finalist in the Kingston Prize, Canada’s National Portrait Competition.
His work has received national visibility, being reproduced on covers and inside several books and magazines, and especially when his 1984 solo exhibition was announced in Canadian Art by Kaspar Gallery, which represented his work in the prestigious Yorkville gallery district.
